What we do?
- Toubleshoot the fault in the airconditioning system.
- Report the faults detected and recommend the most economical solution.
- Advise customer on the cost of repair and parts replacement.
- Faulty part(s) will either replace on the spot or at another appointed date / time, depending on the parts availability.

Note:
- Our service team will attend to you upon the availability of the appointment schedule. Response time may take longer due to peak period.
- All charges may be adjusted accordingly depending on the site condition and location.
- Top up of freon gas and chemical overhaul will be charged separately.
- Payment has to be made and collected by cash or cheque upon completion at site. Cheque should be crossed and made payable to "Ericool Air Con & Engineering Pte Ltd".
- All the above prices quoted do not include spare part replacements and repair works.
- The customer shall pay for the diagnostic fee in the event that the customer does not want us to proceed with the parts replacement or repair work.
